Ayisha has a way of making you feel like you’ve known her forever and you trust her immediately. The space she has created was beautiful and it felt safe. The ceremony allowed me to focus on me, my body, and my real emotions - if allowed me to really open up and listen to what my body needed to tell me. I was aware of the blockages and energy I had harboured in my body and it allowed me to take this opportunity to finally release things which I no longer needed to carry.
I felt so much more awake and alive after the ceremony and for the first time in a long time I had clarity, I could feel and I just felt so much lighter.
I’m excited about my next chapter with Ayisha and the journey we’re going to go on. She’s amazing and I’m so grateful I meet her.
