I've been having major issues with built-up pain & tension in my neck, head trapz etc/upper body for some time now, and although I've tried various treatments it wasn't until I came across a post from Ayisha's IG account that I realised there was more going on.

I was also storing emotional pain, which needs to be released.

After a video call consultant, where some deep and interesting questions were asked, I booked a session with Ayisha about a week later, as she'd made me feel very at ease during the consult and I really want to get to the root of my issues.

When she first met me in person, I was greeted like an old friend, with a warm hug and from that moment I knew she was someone special.

This was proved even more so when the massage ceremony began.

I had to remove my wig in order for Ayisha to really input some movements. I was reluctant to at first as I have alopecia and practically no-one sees me wig-less.

I felt so vulnerable and exposed, but once again Ayisha held a safe space for me, as well as actually holding me, to release some of the emotions that I'm storing.

Due to the intensity of everything I am currently going through, I have much work to do with my healing and health, but Ayisha has given me more clarity as to why my physical pain is so prevalent.

It is rare for me to recommend any therapist that I have visited. However, the beautiful and so very competent Ayisha I must share with the world.

Other Danish people must be given the opportunity to work with her while she is spending this year in Denmark.

The moment I walked through the door she "had me". For instance, she immediately saw that the left side of my body felt heavy and completely out of balance.

Also, she pinpointed part of the giving birth of my now 13-year-old son, where we were separated due to my very heavy bleeding. So, I was rushed to the operation. Just when she healed me, I remembered how afraid I was of maybe not returning to my son. I was so scared.

This was just one of the things I have been storing in my body, that was released. 

The extra interesting thing:

My mind had totally forgotten about it. My body remembered like was it just yesterday.

Meeting Ayisha was nothing short of divine intervention for me. At a time in my life when I was slipping into a medication induced stupor, she was the firm shake I needed to not only decrease my dosage but wean myself off within six months. 

My mind and body have quite literally wanted the medication to stop and decided it had run its course and done its job. For me, a staunch sceptic, the results are almost magical. Her approach is customised and her energy is not only healing but also cleansing. 

We all have our own journeys and baggage to deal with; she extended the helping hand that I didn’t know I needed it. This guided me and is still guiding me out of a slump, I was stuck in for more than five years now.
