The Philosophy Behind Our Crest

The Wylde Sisters crest is a reflection of my journey. My inspiration comes from the wisdom of many cultures, and that heritage is woven into every part of my craft.

The garden of Safety The frame of the crest is inspired by the Andean Chakana and the symmetry of Moghul Gardens. These are sacred spaces designed for peace. In my work, this geometry represents the "Safe Container" I create for you—the structure your body needs before it can truly let go of its armour.

The Jaguars

The twin jaguars are born of the Satipo jungle in Peru. In the Wylde Method, they embody "relaxed alertness"—the goal of a regulated nervous system. They remind us that to be "Wylde" is not to be chaotic, but to be fiercely, safely rooted in one’s own skin, possessing the power to move with grace and the stillness to remain cantered.

The Sacred Lotus

Rising through the centre is the Lotus, the ultimate symbol of resilience. Just as the lotus grows through the mud to reach the light, this represents the somatic journey through the "heavy mud" of stored stress and trauma. It signifies the heart and diaphragm’s ability to unfold and soften, revealing a core that remains sacred and whole despite what you have carried.

The Still Point

At the heart of the crest lies the Empty Circle—the "Cleared Slate." This is the ultimate destination of our work together. It represents the profound silence of a quieted mind and a regulated heart. It is the moment the internal noise stops, the armour dissolves and you return to the pure, vibrant innocence of your original nature.
